I stood for election to become a Trustee because I want to see the value of the consumer ownership maintained and grown in the face of changing technology. 

Electricity delivery is fundamental public infrastructure and we are fortunate in Waitaki to have a consumer owned lines company to ensure that the maximum benefit is returned to the consumer.
