Proposed Trust Deed Changes

We are interested in the range of views from across our community to inform the following changes to the Trust Deed to clarify our Election Processes.

The material changes we wish to make are:

Adding a definition to the Trust Deed:
“Connected to the distribution network of the Company” means connected and identified by an Installation Control Point (ICP) connected to the network of the Company.
